MISSING STEAMER.
THE LOODIANA. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. (Received March 30, 10 a.m.) LONDON, 29th March. Advices received yesterday from the Seychelles state that a steamer from the islands reports no sign of the steamer Loodiana at Cosmoledo. The steamer Loodiana, which had been missing since sho left Mauritius for Colombo on 10th January, was reported on the 26th instant to be ashore on Cosmoledo Island (in the Indian Ocean). She carried ten Europeans and seventy other passengers, also a cargo valued at £63,000. She is a steel three-masted steamer of 3260 tons gross rogisiwr, built in 1884 by Denny Bros., Dumbarton, and is owned by tho British India Steam Navigation Company.
