THE GOVERNOR IN THE SOUTH.
[BY TXLEGRAPH — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] TIMARU, This Day. The Governor arrived in Timaru on Thursday afternoon. He paid n visit U> each of the town schools, and was banqueted by the citizens in the evening. He alto presented certificates to members of the St. John Ambulance Association. Yesterday he visited St. Mary's Church, and lunched at 'he Mayor's private residence. In the afternoon he went by train to Fairlie, and travelled to Waimate this morning.
