SPIRIT LAMP ACCIDENT.
MOTHER AND CHILD FATALLY BURNT. By Telegraph.— Press Association —Copyright. ADELAIDE, 24th March. A Mrs. Hinton was warming some food for her infant when a spirit lamp exploded and set fire to the bed in which were the infant and another child. The mother was terribly burned in trying to rescue them. She and the infant succumbed. Tho other chHd and a man who came to the rescue were badly burned. DEATH OF THE OTHER CHILD. (Received March 26, 10 a.m.) ADELAIDE, This* Day. Mrs. Hinton's other child is dead.
