The aocidetit occuried about 7 o'clock, and Kennedy was found subsequently by the dri\t«i' of a passing vehicle, and taken tv Mr. M'Orath's residence, whence tho police sent him in a tdb to the Palmfcis(on llospiliil. PAUIATUA. 12th Jui>. A s,id incident was- reported bom llaUaiiiii this morning, by which a youn;> man named John Wnllis met his death. When ho was driving nit empty brake buck fiom Rakn-nui, the vehicle was capaiaed, causing iujuriea Irom which he succumbed soon after. '
