I."* TELEGRAPH — SPECIAL TO THE POST.] DUNEDIN, This Day. A certiiin councillor is reported to have drawn the colour Hne, much to the wrath of several of his brother councillors. The story goes that a black man I from some foreign part was employed on the George-street tram track, and was dipmissed afc the instigation of the councillor in question. The late employeee of the City Corporation is said to be married, with a family. Something, is likely to be heard of 'the matter when the council meets to-morrow.
