SUFFRAGETTES FINED.
A POINT' OF LAW RAISED. (By lelegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright.) LONDON, 10th July. Mrs. Pankhurst and Mrs. Haversfield were each fined £5 for participation in the disturbances on 29th June. The Magistrate advised them to appeal on a point of law respecting the right of subjects to present petitions to the Crown.
