STONEWALL IN FEDERAL HOUSE TO PROLONG CENSURE DEBATE. CLOSURE SUGGESTED. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright.) (Received July 10, 10.55 a.m.) 'MELBOURNE, This Day. During yesterday's debate on the vote of censure, proposed .by the Labour ■Party. Mr. Webster was the only speaker in. the House. Ho held the floor from 11 in the morning till 4 o'clock in the afternoon. In the iSenate the 'Labour members absented themselves, only one being present. The Yice-Preeident (Hon. E. D. ilillen), referring to the suggested application of the gag, declared that unless the Opposition evidenced a desire to get on with business something would have to be done. The censure debate in the House has been adjourned till Tuesday.
