During yesterday's debate on the vote of censure, proposed .by the Labour ■Party. Mr. Webster was the only speaker in. the House. Ho held the floor from 11 in the morning till 4 o'clock in the afternoon. In the iSenate the 'Labour members absented themselves, only one being present. The Yice-Preeident (Hon. E. D. ilillen), referring to the suggested application of the gag, declared that unless the Opposition evidenced a desire to get on with business something would have to be done. The censure debate in the House has been adjourned till Tuesday.
