The brothers of Dhingra, the Indian student who murdered Sir William Wyllie and Dr. iLalcaca at the Imperial Institute in London, have visited the ■Viceroy at 'Simla, and expressed the family's shame and horror at the crime. They expressed their conviction that iDhingra was the tool of conspirators. SYMPATHY "WITH LADY WYLLIE. LONDON, 9th July. Indians in South Africa have expressed the deepest sympathy with Lady Wyllie.
