James Martin Fitzsimmons, a wellknown Bank teller, recently left Melbourne on a holiday, and his whereabouts since he left is a mystery. It is alleged that a shortage of between £900 and £1000 has been discovered in his cash. MELBOURNE, This Day. Kenneth Allen, teller in the Commercial Bank of Australia at Phahran, a Melbourne suburb, yesterday fatally shot himself with a revolver in the bank premises, after the close of the day's business.
