Signor Colr.zanni, who provoked a "scene in the Chamber of Deputies on Wednesday through making allegations that certain Ministers and private members of Parliament deserved prosecution for the manner in which shipping subsidies had been granted, yesterday tendered an apology for his conduct. Signor Giolitti, the Italian Premier, announced in the Chamber that the Italian Lloyd's would abide by the result of the forthcoming public tender for shipping services.
