In view of the forthcoming debate, it is announced that the War Office estimates that compulsory military training will add" £7,820,000 to the existing Territorial and Special Reserve vote. BELGIUM FALLING IN LINE. (Received July 9, 8.45 a.m.) BRUSSELS, Bth July. Belgium is preparing to adopt compulsory military service.
