CHAMBER SITTING.
Mr. Justice Sim sat in Chambers today. In re Olivor Mosen (Mr. Casey), an order was mado for tho administration of insolvent's estate by the Official Assignee, and that the administrator cease to act. Costs aro to bo paid out of estate. In the matter of the Land Transfer Act., re" caveat lodged by Walter James Petherick, Vol. 131, Folio 152, on the motion of Mr. Machel,.Mr. Kelly appearing contra, the caveat was extended to 23rd Soptember, 1909, on condition that caveator commences an action for trial at tho August sittings of the Supreme Court. Cost 3in tho cause — £?, 2s — were allowed. In the case of MurpTiy v. Minister for Railways, the claimant may proceed with his claim if filed within 21 days. Costs (£1 Is) wore allowed respondent. Mr. StmueJ appeared for claimant, and Mr. .Fell for respondent.
