B'ethune and Co. announce in our auction columns that on Wednesday next, at their rooms, at 2.30 p.m., tiiey are selling three sections in Kelburne, having frontages to Kel-burne-parade, and to a right-of-way at the end of Central-terrace. The firm insert an amended list of business and residential properties, which they have on their books for private sale, also a number of houses to let, both furnished and unfurnished; they also specially adver-. tise Dr. J. M. Mason's Hutt property,* "Inchcape," to let. Messrs. George Thomas and Co. will sell, at tho Fruit Exchange, Allen and Blair streets, on Wednesday next, at 2 o'clock, a large quantity of unclaimed goods and merchandise. Harcourt and Co. announce in our advertising columns that they will sell by public auction, at their rooms, 195, Lambton-quay, on Monday, at 1.30 p.m., household furniture and effects. The firm will sell on Tuesday, 15th inst., at 2.30 p.m., the lease of lands situated in Boulcott-street (foot of church-street), having a frontage of 54ft by 116 ft, together with two large iron buildings, office, etc., erected '-thereon. On Tuesday, 22nd June, at 1 o'clock, 'they also advertise for sale privately, on easy terms, three pianos, by leading makers. The instruments are to be seen at their rooms, 26, Brandon-street. Messrs Bertenshaw and Evensen advertise particulars of their weekly horse sale, to bo held on Wednesday riext, at 2 p.m., at Watt's Central Bazaar, Dixonstreet. Some van, express, harness horses will be submitted. By order of the bailiff, S.M. Court, a brown mare, rising 5 yrs, will be offered.
