-♦ . Messr.*. W. H. Turnbull and Co. insert in this issue their change list of city properties, and draw special attention to the Oriental Bay property. Messrs. J. 11. B'ethune and Co. announce in our auction columns that on Wednesday next, at their rooms, at 2.30 p.m., tiiey are selling three sections in Kelburne, having frontages to Kel-burne-parade, and to a right-of-way at the end of Central-terrace. The firm insert an amended list of business and residential properties, which they have on their books for private sale, also a number of houses to let, both furnished and unfurnished; they also specially adver-. tise Dr. J. M. Mason's Hutt property,* "Inchcape," to let. Messrs. George Thomas and Co. will sell, at tho Fruit Exchange, Allen and Blair streets, on Wednesday next, at 2 o'clock, a large quantity of unclaimed goods and merchandise. Particulars appear in our auction columns. Messrs. Thomson and Brown call attention to an auction, sale, to be held at their rooms, Customhouse-quay, on Wednesday, 16th June. On that date the firm will offer by auction two sections on Lambton-quay and Ballancestreet. Messrs. Thomson and Brown also insert their usual change list of city property. On 23rd June, at 2.30 p.m., . the firm, acting under instructions received from the- Registrar of the Supreme Court, will offer by public auction, at their rooms, a residential property containing seven rooms and conservatory, plantation, etc. The land has a frontage of 74 feet to Oweh-sJ.reet, by a depth of 117 feet. On Wednesday next, at 1 p.hi., at the Fruit Exchange, Blair-street, Messrs. Thompson Bros., Ltd., will sell without reserve an extensive catalogue of Hutt grown nursery stock, including trees, plants, and shrubs, on behalf of Mr. W. B. Hardy, Blackbridge nurseries. Messrs. Harcourt and Co. announce in our advertising columns that they will sell by public auction, at their rooms, 195, Lambton-quay, on Monday, at 1.30 p.m., household furniture and effects. The firm will sell on Tuesday, 15th inst., at 2.30 p.m., the lease of lands situated in Boulcott-street (foot of church-street), having a frontage of 54ft by 116 ft, together with two large iron buildings, office, etc., erected '-thereon. On Friday, 25th June, they will sell, at 2.30 p.m., four residences (Nos. 40, 42, 44, and 46) in Words-worth-street. On the 30th inst. they will submit, at 2.30 p.m., by order of the mortgagee, lands situatedat Severnstreet, township 'of Island Bay, containing 2 acres and 17 perches. Wilson ana Co. advertise notices of furniture sales by auction. On Wednesday next they hold their weekly sale in their rooms, 26, Brandon-street, when a large catalogue will be disposed of. 'On Friday next, afc 1.30, they sell, on the premises, 4, Goring-street, the contents of seven rooms, including Kerchner piano. The same firm insert a preliminary^ notice of a sale of f urnifure and Brinsmead piano (costing 100 guineas), which they are holding at Central-terrace. Kelburne. On Tuesday, 22nd June, at 1 o'clock, 'they also advertise for sale privately, on easy terms, three pianos, by leading makers. The instruments are to be seen at their rooms, 26, Brandon-street. Messrs Bertenshaw and Evensen advertise particulars of their weekly horse sale, to bo held on Wednesday riext, at 2 p.m., at Watt's Central Bazaar, Dixonstreet. Some van, express, harness horses will be submitted. By order of the bailiff, S.M. Court, a brown mare, rising 5 yrs, will be offered.
