Skerrett anad Wylie, to appear at the Supreme Court on Friday to show cause why he should not publish an amended notice of the result of the late licensing poll in accordance with 'the Magisterial recount. The facts are that Mr. James, S.M., ordered this amended poll to be published, but on Mr. Gillespie directing his attention to certain clauses of the Act, Mr. James withdrew the official order.
