[BT TELEGBAPH. PBESS ASSOCIATION.] NELSON, This Day. At the Magistrate's Court, Aubrey Harold Smith, a stoker on tho warship Pioneer, who had been arrested at Motueka for desertion, was remanded to Wellington to await tho arrival of the next warship.
