MR. C. H. REYNOLDS.

LONDON, 22nd May. Mr. C. H. ReyAolds, General Manager of the Pacific Cable Board, died at Lisbon, whither he had gone as a delegate to the International Telegraph Conference.
Mr. Reynolds was general manager to the Pacific Cable Board since 1901. Born in 1844, a son of Major Reynolds, of the Bombay Army,, he entered the service of the Indian Government in the Telegraph Department in 1868. He was Director-General of Telographs in India from 1895 till his retirement in 1899.
