REPORT WILL BE READY SHORTLY. By Telegraph. — Press Association. — Copyright. (Received May. 23, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, 22nd May. The Board of Trade's "All-Red" route committee reports shortly. Evidence has been submitted to the effect that the journey from London to Halifax, via Blacksod Bay, is possible in four days. The journey to Halifax would, under the proposed scheme, be done by 25knot boats. It is understood that on strategic grounds the Admiralty approves of the construction of a port at Blacksod, on the Irish coast.
