OBITUARY. AN EX-PREMIER OF VICTORIA.

By Telegraph.— Presa A«oointion.— Copyright. MELBOURNE, 26th February. Tho death is announced of Mr. Jcmes Mucro, ex-Premier of Victoria. The Hon. James Munro was born in Scotland in 1832, and began life as a printer. He was Premier of Victoria from November 1890 to February, 1892, ;> delegate to the Federation Convention of 1891., and sometime Agent-Gen-eral for tha colony of Victoria. Mr. Munro had been out of politics for a considerable timo prior to his death.
