MISHAP TO A STEAMER.
4, By Telegraph. — Press Association.— Copyright. (Received February 18, 10.8 a.m.) BRISBANE, This Day. The Maranoa, which went ashore on the coast, has been floated off apparently uninjured. The Maranoa is a steel screw steamer of 1505 tons gross, built in 1883 hy Denny and Co., Dumbarton. She is owned by the Australasian United Steam Navigation (Jo., Ltd. The vessel went ashore at Chapman Island on tho 6th inst., while on the trip from Burketown to Brisbane.
