Mr. Justice Bonner, Master of the" Supreme Court, dismissed tho civil action brought by George Hollamby Druce against Lord Howard do Walden (for recovery of a portion of the Portland estates) on the grounds that the proceedings were frivolous and vexatious. Costs wore given against Druco. As mentioned on Wednesday, Mr. Arnoid Blathem, who appeared for G. H. Druce, gave notice 01 appeal.
