4. AN OUTBREAK IN SCOTLAND. By Telegraph.— Press AsuoMation.— Copyright LONDON, 6th February. A serious outbreak of foot and mouth disease among stock is reported at Gorgio, a village in the south-western suburbs of Edinburgh. In one herd of one hundred and eleven cows eighty-one are affected.
