About eighteen months ago a national trade mark was adopted by Ireland, which only manufacturers in Ireland Lord Elgin, Secretary of State for tho Colonies, now invites tho Commonwealth Government to consider a suggestion that the Irish trade-mark be accepted as evidence of origin of goods bearing it.
