TIMARU SITTINGS [BT TELEGHAFH — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] TIMARU, This Day. The Supreme Court Criminal Sessions were concluded yosterday afternoon. John W. Morris, regarding whose case one jury had disagreed, was, with additional evidence, convicted of misappropriating £5, moneys collected for his employer, and sentenced to six months' imprisonment. The offence was committed in August, 1006, and accused bolted, and was arrested in December last in the North Island.
