ARBITRATION COURT.
[DT TEtEGHAPH. — rRESS ASSOCIATION.] DCNEDIN, This Day. In the Arbitration Court this morning, when the compensation case, Agnes Wight v. the Milburn Lime and Cement Company, came on, Mr. Hanlon, for claimant, stated that compensation amounting to £318 had been paid into court, winch was accepted. Wight was accidentally killed in the Milburn quarry in December, ISO 6.
