A piospectus is being privately circulated in Adelaide of a limited liability company entitled "Ths Christian Colonists, Limited," with a capital of a million in pound shares The object is to found a Christian colony in connection with tho transcontinental railway proposal. Scriptural- phraseology and other persuasive means are employed in the prospectus to induce the public to subscribe. The locality of tho proposed colony is not stated.
