The ballet for thirty sections in the Raumati Block recently purchased by the Government, near Dannevirke, took place this nvwning. There was no great nish for tho sections, which were generally considered high-priced, and twelve uerc riot taken up. The exceptionally dry season, and the fact that the regulations compel the payment of eleven months' rent in r-dvance, also contributed to' the dearth oil applicants.
