WANGANUI MEETING. CONCLUDING DAY. £BT TELE&BAPn. — VBESS ASSOCIATION.] WANGANUI, 27th September. The Wanganui Jockey Club's spring meeting was concluded to-day. The weather conditions were far better than they were on the previous day, and the consequence was that the attendance was largely increased. The sum of £17,754 was put through the totalisator for the meeting, as against £17,260 at the corresponding meeting last year. The dividend paid by Assayer in the Brunswick Hurdles was £2 2s, and by Sardonyx £1 ss. Concluding results :— Aramoho Hack Hurdle Race Handicap, of 75 soys. ; about one mile and a half .—To Kainui, 9.0, 1 ; Hurimoana, 11.2, 2; Oryx, 3. Also started—Dulcinea, Mauri, Sedgmoor. Te Kainui came with a great run and won somewhat easily. Time, 2min 54sec. Dividends, £3 Is and 14s.
