ATTITUDE OF THE DUNEDIN LABOUR LEAGUE. (Br IELEOHAPH — OWN" CORHESrONDEST.} DUNEDIN, This Day. The Dunedin branch of the Independent Political and Xiaoour League, has expressed dissatisfaction with the Legislative Council appointments. It was stated while tho league advocated the abolition of the Upper House, and would always do so while it existed, the league had the right to use it, and the recent appointments were a decided insult to the intelligence of tho Labour party. Labour represented sixty-five per cent, of the community, but was only allowed two out of fourteen representatives. The opinion was expressed that, before long there would be a third party in the House.
