(FEOil OTJB OWJI CORBESPONDKNT.i PAHIATUA, This Day: The annual installation and investiture of officers of Lodge Ruahine was held on Tuesday at Woodville, when Bro. Dobbic was instilled as W.M. for the ensuing year by the Grand Superintendent (Bro. J. W. M'Dougall) for Havvkes Bay. There was a large — in fact, the largest — number of visiting brethren from other districts present, showing the popularity in which their W.M. is held. The Drill Hall is now nearing completion, and will be a decided acquisition to the town. When completed it will cost nearly £1000. llio Club Hotel here t has changed hands, Mr. Cotter having sold^ his interest to Mr. Hanna, of Levin. The former has now bought Messrs. frenter and file's livery stable business. The Borcugh Council intends purchasing a street-cleaner.
