John Atkinson, j Attorney-General for Ireland since 1895, I .succeeds Lord Lindley as Lord of Appeal, Lord Lindley having resigned. Mr. J. H. M. 'Campbell, M.P., Soli-tor-General for Ireland since 1901, sue- | ceeds Mr. Atkinson as Attorney-General | for Ireland. | Sir Alfred Wills, w ho has reined his | Judgcship on the King's Bench Division, a position he had held since 1834, has been created a Privy Councillor. Sir George Sydenham Clnrke, for« merly Governor of Victoria, has been decorated with the Grand Cross of the Order of St. Michael and St. George.
