An unusal case came bofoie the Court to-day. A man was charged with driving a vehicle in front of a clectiio tramcar for v quarter of a mile. The prosecution contended that the whole tiamway service was delayed n«t the lesull of such practice, which was too common, and would probably end in a fatal accident. The accused was lined 20s and costs 28k.,
