At the Supreme Court, four Austnans — Patrick' (2) and Posnikovich (2) — were charged with violently assaulting a fellow countryman, Lamivich, at Hokiangn. Tim two former were sentenced to two years', and Tom and John Posnikovich to eighteen monthh' imprisonment.
