• CANDIDATES IN THE FIELD. [PBESS ASSOCIATION.] LONDON, 11th October. For the vacancy in the representation of West Monmouth in the House of Commons, caused by the death of Sir William Harcourt, Sir John Cockburn, a pronounced Unionist, and JNlr.
