LIPPE-DETMOLD SUCCESSION.
PROTEST AGAINST THE KAISER'S INTERFERENCE. [PHESS ASSOCIATION.] BERLIN, 11th October. Count yon Bulow, the Prussian Premier, has explained that Emperor William is willing that the question of the Lij pe-Detniold succession shall be settled by legal process. The State Government of Lippe-Det-mold has angrily pi o tested against the Emperor's interference. [The German Emperor in the first instance refused to recognise the assumption of the Regency of the Duchy by Count Leopold, eldest son of the late Regent, and sent a telegram forbidding the army to swear allegiance to him.]
