Up-to-date ran a milo and a lwlf on the tan in 2min 39sco, Mikado assisting in tho last six furlongs. Hinokoa ran seven furlongs on th© Uui in lmin 29*«ec. Albuera, on the sand, dkl seven furlongs in lmin 33450 c. Uippuwai, assisted at intervals by Lady llawn and Flower of Gold, covered a milo nnd a half on th© tan in 2min 444 «»<;. Ma»>, Spalpeen, Taiuie, Aka Aka, Princojss of Thulo, Rose Shield, and Waik»ito did good useful work. After broakfast rain fell heavily.
