TRIBUTES FROM KING EDWARD AND EMPEROR WILLIAM. IritKRS ASSOCIATION. I '(Received November 25, 9.3 a.m.) LONDON, 24th November. King Edward and Emperor William have sent messages ■warmly condoling with the relatives of the late Count Hatzfeldt, many years German Ambassador in London. The Marquis of Salisbury -who also sent a message of sympathy, declared that Germany had lost a most valuable servant, and England a- most sincere friend by the death of Count Hatzfeldt.
