(Received November 10, 9.40 a,,m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The City Council has decided to present the Earl of Hopetoun, the Gover-nor-General, with an address enclosed in a gold casket. The Centennial Park has been selected as a site for the swearing-in ceremony of the Governor-General of the Australian Commonwealth.
