AN ENVOY INCITING THE FILIPINOS. [PEEBS ASSOCIATION.] (Eeceived January 30, 9 a.m.) Washington, 29th January. Ajoncillo, the Filipino envoy to Washington, is suspected of cabling to General Aquinaldo, leader of the islanders, to strike immediately, as the American aggressiveness is on the increase. After the Treaty of Peace with Spain has been ratified the United States Government threatens to expel Ajoncillo from the country.
