■-■ ■ ■♦ ANOIIHER ADVERSE OPINION. [PRESS ASSOCIATION.J London, 28th January. The Hon. T. A. Brassey, the noted naval expert, some days ago described the French submarine torpedo boat as useless against a moving ship. The Yarrow Company of Shipbuilders has also examined the Gustave Zede, the boat which has evoked the French enthusiasm, and declares it unsafe and ineffective.
