ARRIVAL OF THE AMERICAN TROOPS. (Received 3 une 6, 9 a.m.) Washington, sth July. Advice has been received to the effect that the first instalment of the American troops which are to occupy the Philippines has arrived at Manila. (Received July 6, 10.15 a.m.) Washington, sth July. The American troops in Manila are camped at Cavite.
