IT RESUMES THE VOYAGE TO MANILA. (Received July 6, 9.5 a.m.) Suez, sth July. Admiral Camara's squadron, which had returned to the Mediterranean to procure coal, has again entered the Suez Canal at Port Said, in resumption of its voyage to Manila. \
