[press association.] London, 7th December. At the wool sales prices are irregular and weak, and much has been withdrawn. Timabu, Bth December. The first wool sale of the season was held to-day, when 4500 bales were catalogued. The attendance of buyers was good, and the prices were fair all round : —Half and threequarter bred, 6fcd to 8d; crossbred, 6d to 7Jd; merino, 5Jd to 62d; rams, 6d to7d; matted, sid to 6Jd; pieces, 4d to 7d; bellies, 3Jd to 6d; locks, lid to 3id. (Received December 9, 11 a.m.) London, Bth December. ' The Bradford wool market is dull, with small enquiry.
