THE DUBLIN CONVENTION. THE PRESENCE OP COLONIAL DELEGATES CHALLENGED.
[PRESS ASSOCIATION.] London, 9th September. Mr. John Redmond, M.P. for Waterford, declares that the Dublin Convention is the most useful for Ireland since the gatherings convened by Parnell. (Received September 10, 10.30 a.m.) London, 9th September. Mr. Redmond denies that the Irish in Australasia and America have any right to dictate the policy and conduct of the Irish members in the Imperial Parliament. The delegates from Australasia at the Conference were, he said, unknown men, and he denied that they were genuine representatives of the colonies.
