THE DUBLIN CONVENTION. THE PRESENCE OP COLONIAL DELEGATES CHALLENGED.

[PRESS ASSOCIATION.] London, 9th September. Mr. John Redmond, M.P. for Waterford, declares that the Dublin Convention is the most useful for Ireland since the gatherings convened by Parnell.
