SEIZURE OF A VESSEL AND NER CREW.

On Monday morning the Geelong police seized a fore and aft schooner, believed to be named the Isabel, together with the captain and tho crew, consisting of Arthur Lovegrove, aged 37 years, Win, Gerald and Harvey Bowe, each 17 years. The schooner has during the past three weeks been anchored in the bay, where it is understood her crew were engaged in Beouring a cargo of shells from the beach for conveyance here Several thefts of farm implements, and robberies of household goods, have been reported, and the police, suspeoting tho people on the sohooner, set sail from Gcelong wharf in order to board and soarah the vessel. When no&ring tho oraft, it waß ascertained that the Harbourmaster and a boat's crew had already boarded her in search oE fishing nets stolen on Friday night. The police also boarded the schooner, and found ft lot of stolen property.
