FOUND DEAD IN SHALLOW WATER. [BY TELIQKAPH. — PKEBS ASSOCIATION.] Dunedin, 27th July. At the inquest on the body of William Lees, of Moßgiel, a verdict was returned of Death from Exposure). He bad evidently fallen into the dam, in which there -was only two feet of water. It was evident that the man had befn trying to get up the bank, but lacked the strength to do bo, and as he passed the night with hia f«et in the water he died from cold and exposure. (Our Own Gorretpondent.J Mastbrton, This Dat. A woman named Braddoek, and a lad named Frederickeon, have been admitted to the looal Hospital from Eketahuna with fractured legs.
