(It was stated the other day that work at Addington was to be resumed on 15lh October.) In reply to Mr. Buddo, the Colonial Treasurer said the Government had "under consideration the queition of increasing the ' duties on wheat and flour, but no deoision hud yet been arrived at, and none would be oome to until after the Tariff Committee's report of this session was presented.
