Stambouloff told the interviewer that Prince Fordinand thinks chiefly of Court uniforms and ceremonial observances, and that his Euesophile policy will bo fatal to Bulgaria. Russia is now intriguing to substitute Prince Francis Joseph of Battenberg for him. Prince Ferdinand tears newspapers to pieces when he reads anything hostile to him, and attempts to imitate the Kaiser.
