? REVELATIONS BY THE EX-PREMIER. [UNITED FBESS ASSOCIATION. I Berlin, 28th August. M. Stamoouloff, the deposed Premier of Bulgaria, lias hod an interview with a representative of the Frankfurter Zeitung, at whioh he made some remarkable statements. He declared that Prince Ferdinand would not be allowed to sacrifice Bulgaria to Russia merely to gratify personal vanity. He further declared that the Russian Government had offered him 5,000,000 roubles to depose Prince Ferdinand, but he had declined, as he would prefer being hanged in Bulgaria to living in Russia.
