* BRITISH DETENTION OF A JAPANESE WARSHIP. I UNITED PBESS ASSOCIATION. I Shanghai, 28th August. The Japanese have landed an additional 6000 troops at Chemulpo. Suez, 28th August. The British authoiitiea in Aden have detained the new Japanese warship Tatsuta, whioh waa proceeding East. [She is a torpedo gunboat jnst built by Hesarß. Armstrong at Elswick, with a displacement of 875 tons and a speed of 20 knots. ]
