Tenderers at .£lOO 2s receivo 65 per cent., and above that in full The Union Bank of Anstralia offered to subscribe the whole amount at .£lol lss, the principal and interest payable in London, but as the conditions attached to the loan provide that the money must be payable in Melbourne, the Board was unable to accept the offer.
